Hawai'i

Hana Lava Tube Ka'eleku Cavern is entered on a staircase down a collapsed section of the roof. There are no lights or handrails. Advance reservations are required for touring.

Hawai'i Volcano National Park Lots of photos of the crater and volcano. No history and only two photos of what might be a lava tube. The was another link for nps on the Hawai'i Volcanoes but it only said that the area and roads were all closed.

Lava Tube Cave Hiking Adventure on Maui This is indeed a wild cave and parts are yet unexplored. The wording is a bit awkward and you may have to work to figure out what they mean but it can be done. There is a photo gallery but the page itself is so very long that it takes forever to open.

Kaumana Cave There is one photo of a cave entrance and more of the islands but limited history. Lots of ads by google for property for sale. Kazumura Cave Tours  Cave Gallery, mostly dark photos with lots of google ads. At the bottom of the page find a link to See Also which has some other photos of other tubes.

USGS about a Lava tube

Kula Kai Caverns This page gives you a map, brief description of location but does mention that it is a "gated community" but does not say why. Usually, that means it is to protect bats or formations. Look to the very bottom of the page and find "photos." There looks to be very little lighting in the cave and the photos are poor.

Akaka Falls State Park That's one very long waterfall. Most of the photos would not open but the ones that did are okay. Find long lists of gardens, burial grounds, churches, trails, bays, other state parks, historical sites, museums and a few I could not understand what they were talking about.

Natural Arches, Na Pali Coast, Kauai, Hawaii, The Sea Tunnel, Sea Arch with two waterfalls, Arch at Honopu Beach and an open Sea Cave. These are really beautiful.

Bridges, the Wikipedia Page, the FAQ page for Bridges, ferries and tunnels of the highway department, Swinging bridge, Hanapepe, Kauai island (I think it is a foot bridge.) Assorted photos around Hawai'i by Webshots. And Waterfalls, the Wikipedia Waterfalls page, MichelesWorld of Waterfalls.
