Great Basin National Park, Lehman Cave  Lehman Cave, nestled on the flank of Wheeler Peak, is surrounded by the high desert scenery of Nevada's Basin and Range province. The cave is fantastically decorated, featuring many fine examples of rare cave shields which resemble parachutes in flight. (The cave shields link will show you more images to enjoy.)

Spring Mountain State Park Spring Mountain Ranch, a 520-acre oasis situated at the base of the magnificent Wilson Cliffs, is a state park providing historic tours, picnic sites and summer plays. The main ranch house and historical grounds are open to visitors on select days; here the visitor may take a self-guided tour of the ranch house and a guided tour throughout the historic grounds.

Grimes Point Petroglyphs are the reason to look around here. "Further down the road is Burnt Cave. Unlike Hidden Cave, this shallow cave is always open to the public. Burnt Cave contains examples of pictographs, designs painted on the rock walls as opposed to petroglyphs where the design is pecked into the surface. Due to their age, the pictographs have faded and many are difficult to discern as can be seen in the red pictographs below."

Natural Bridges and Arches, Bridge Mountain is in Red Rock Canyon just west of Las Vegas. Awesome photo and plenty of history as to how this would happen. Learn what a tinaja is but don't have nightmares about falling in and not being able to get out. Ephemeral Arch is located in Valley of Fire State Park. It is called small and very delicate.
