Crisp Crust Dessert Squares

4 cups Post Toasties Corn Flakes, slightly crushed
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 small package Jell-O Instant pudding (vanilla or chocolate)
1 3/4 c. milk

Combine cereal with sugar and cinnamon. Add butter and mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of this mixture for top, if you want.
Press remaining cereal mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
Handy hint: Use waxed paper to press the cereal flat. Keeps your hands clean!

Prepare the pudding as directed for pie. That means you only need 1 3/4 c. milk. Pour this over the crust. Top with reserved cereal, if you want. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into squares. You may also want to top with whipped topping.
