Strawberry  Minute Pie   8" Baked Pie Shell (I used deep dish) 1 pkg (3 oz) Strawberry Jell-O 1 cup boiling water 2 pkg (10 oz) whole (or sliced) unthawed frozen sweetened strawberries   Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen berries. Break up  berries with a fork. As berries thaw, gelatin thickens. When partially set, pour into cooled pie shell. Chill until completely set. Just before serving, garnish with sweetened whipped cream.   I used the whip cream in the can, taste great.   Sweetened Sweet Cream   Place 1 cup chilled whipping cream and 1/4 cup sifted confectioner's sugar in chilled bowl. Beat until stiff.
