Baked Chicken with Peaches
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 Fresh peaches- peeled, pitted & sliced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 2 TBSP. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350*. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken in dish & sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Place peach slices over chicken. Mix the remaining brown sugar with the cloves & ginger & sprinkle over the peaches. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven, basting often with the juices, until the chicken is cooked through & the juices run clear.
