| This is a great recipe and so easy! I have adapted
it so you can make them in a skillet, too. Skillet Method: Follow directions but instead of grilling...Brown the breasts, then spread a little sauce on top of the each . Thin a little of the sauce down with water, so it doesn't burn, and use that as your simmering sauce. Cover and let simmer about 20 minutes. I have also used canned peaches and they worked great. They were just a little softer, when you are ready to eat, than fresh ones. When you are ready to serve, you can still use the reserved sauce on top of the cooked breasts. Also, put the left over Jell-O in a plastic container or a ZipLoc bag for future use the next time you make this recipe. |
